Established by the Minnesota Vikings in 2006, Minnesota Momentum is designed to serve as a source of information and activity for Vikings fans and supporters of a new stadium. The coalition, led by Hall of Fame Head Coach Bud Grant, has recruited thousands of fans via e-mail and the internet. Supporters have made their presence felt throughout the State Legislature, contacting State leaders via e-mail and phone, authoring opinion editorials and asking friends to get involved.

With just 20 games remaining at the Metrodome, 2010 is the year to resolve Minnesota’s remaining stadium issue and secure the most popular sports team for the next generation of fans. Building a new home for Vikings football will give fans a state-of-the-art venue that features wider concourses, easily accessible concessions, more restrooms, and an enhanced game day experience. The facility will also help the franchise meet basic NFL program requirements and generate the revenue necessary to keep the team competitive over the long term. Join the Momentum today!
